My Journey to Healing Hypothyroidism: Steps That Worked for Me

  1. Change of diet

I tried the keto diet, but it did not work for me as I felt so tired so I switched to intermediate fasting which helped eat more vegetables , protein and fewer carbs. You may have need to experiment to find what works best for you, but try to avoid diets that are high in carbs.


  1. Clean up my liver, sleep and deal with constipation


I was taking Synthroid medication ( 25 mg first then later 50 mg), but my symptoms like difficult to lose weight, low energy and a lack of vitality did not improve . After my researching, I learned that T4 is converted converted in the liver so I tried to see if something would change.

Make sure you use it before you go to bed or if you are not leaving the house because this supplement really clean up. After you will feel good and a little bit of energy.


  1. Healing my adrenal s and thyroid .

To support my adrenals, since I had cortisol

I am still struggling with this problem, because i have a problem with low iron as well


After when I noticed my symptoms were improving a lot, I decided to quit taking mySynthroid medication slowly:

I removed one pill in a week to monitor how I would feel then, I did not feel any different then skipped 2 days in a week another week etc and finally in a month I was off and kept taking my natural supplements.

Now I do take this supplement but not all the time:
