Not only my son had c difficile, but he also had other bacteria.
When he was diagnosed with C. difficile, everything shifted. His digestion, sleep, and behavior became unpredictable. I wasn’t chasing a protocol—I was trying to restore what had been lost.
C. difficile doesn’t just disrupt digestion. It wipes out good bacteria, leaving the gut vulnerable and reactive. I knew I couldn’t rely on one strain alone. I needed diversity, gentleness, and consistency.
I introduced them slowly, one at a time, watching for signs of tolerance and benefit.

I’m not a practitioner. I’m a mother who watched her child lose balance—and slowly helped him regain it. If you’re navigating post-C. diff recovery, and bacteria I hope this post gives you clarity, not pressure.
If you are navigating similar challenges, I would love to hear your story or answer you questions in comments.
